Yes — you should not have to rebuy courses you already have. Focus can move to Balance or Full Load by paying the difference. Message us on WhatsApp and we will apply it. Self-serve upgrades are not live yet.
Yes. Every plan asks you to pick the courses it should cover. Focus is 1, Balance is 2, and Full Load or Crunch cover the courses you select — not the whole catalog. You do not upload a university schedule to buy.
Yes. Gradeful works on any device. No app download needed.
Refunds are for documented course drops or withdrawals, duplicate charges, or a Gradeful access failure we cannot fix. There is no change-of-mind refund.
